Shipping and Risk of Loss

Your items will be sent in a cute packaging; carefully packaged in order to ensure that you will receive them in good condition. 

We provide tracking on all orders.

Shipment times and Shipping & handling fees are dependent on what you are purchasing and where the item is being sent. We calculate shipping fees based on the weight of your package and distance of your destination.

Your items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment. Your items will be sent to your Shipping address, unless specified otherwise. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to the wrong address.

Once we hand off the package to the appropriate carrier, any delays caused by the carrier are out of our control. We are not responsible for covering or crediting any shipping costs when an order is delayed by a carrier.

For loss/damage claims, you must notify us if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of Products for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. After the investigation, we may issue you a replacement product. 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. The only exception is if items arrive broken or damaged in shipment. If an Item is damaged please contact me within 24 hours of the date received. I will need an image showing the damage as well as your order number.

If the damage is done on our part, you will receive store credit in redemption for the damaged product or we will replace your item.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to Jollitypop@gmail.com the same day you submitted your order to receive a refund. Does not apply on custom orders.

*You cannot cancel and order if it was already marked as shipped.

Additional policies and FAQs

All items are handmade, for the same reason there may be slight differences in the products, as well as small color differences between your monitor and the final product.

Custom orders are welcome. Please message me with your request. 

All jewelry and accessories are handmade out of polymer clay. They can be delicate in nature. Gentle use is recommended.

All products are for personal use ONLY. You are not permitted to resell any item without my consent. Do not claim the artwork or product as your own. Please contact me for commercial licensing.
